Hackney Plumb-IT

The plumber did a very professional job. He quickly identified the source of the leak and fixed it properly and neatly. Everything was handled efficiently and the work was carried out to a high standard. I would definitely recommend his services

First of all, I have to say this is one of the best services I have ever received in my life. He was very prompt with his response of getting back to us. When I told him about the problem, he asked to see it on video first. He could have just come down and charged us the full price of a call out but he asked to assess the situation first. After he saw it, he told me how I could fix it very easily. And just like that, my toilet flush was fixed. It took me all of about 20 seconds to fix. He was very honest, very helpful, and he did not have to take that time out to help me. He could have just come down, fixed it himself in 20 seconds, and taken the full money. I respect someone who knows what they are doing, knows what they are talking about, and is willing to help someone without always trying to benefit to the maximum. He deserves more than 5 stars, but that is the maximum I can give. Excellent service, THAMK YOU!!!

Vinny helped me with a leaking radiator valve by patiently explaining what to do over the phone on speaker which resolved the problem. Brilliant service from an experienced plumber who is knowledgeable and kind and did not charge me anything for this time and expertise.

From the moment I got in touch, their responsiveness was exceptional – they replied quickly, scheduled a visit without delay, and kept me updated throughout. The plumber arrived exactly on time, was incredibly professional, polite, and clearly knew their stuff. They diagnosed the issue straight away, explained everything clearly, and completed the job efficiently and to a really high standard. The pricing was also refreshingly fair and transparent – excellent value for the level of service and expertise provided. It’s rare to find a local tradesperson who’s this reliable, honest, and easy to deal with. I’ll definitely be using Hackney Plumb–IT again and recommending them to anyone needing plumbing work done in Hackney.

Really impressed with both Vinny & Pete. We wanted a dishwasher fitting into a small space in our flat. They came down to look at the job the day we enquired and got booked in for the next week once we had decided on the dishwasher. They got the job done around my schedule & in good time. Even cleaned up after themselves at the end & let me know they didn't use all the materials so deducted those off the quoted price. Efficient and professional. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them or use them again!
