Hackney Heating

I didn’t get his name but had an awkward job that involved uninstalling hot water tank, reinforcing stand for it and then reinstalling tank. Genuinely couldn’t fault the service. Professional, timely and area was left as clean as it was found. Would highly recommend

Called to ask if they fixed washing machines since mine was presenting an error code that was stopping us from using it. They told me they did. I also had a leak underneath the sink which they said they could fix at the same time. The plumber, J, who was quick and friendly said he couldn’t go inside the washing machine to fix the issue, so could only fix the leak underneath the sink. They did vaguely suggest they’ll call again to resolve the washing machine, but for now it looks as if it was quite expensive to replace a defective rubber seal to fix the leak. A bit steep, unless they do call to give the washing machine a closer look, at which point I’ll edit this review. **Edit: They called the following day and we have resolved the issue and I'm happy with the service. I appreciate the honesty and communication from Hackney Heating.

Don't be fooled to being sweet talked into call out you will get a load of unnecessary repairs. I had a 20 minute call out visit with £1500 estimate and when I asked about compromising because of the £140 call out I got put the phone down on me You have misinterpreted some minor details you are not attention do detail, I said would you compromise when you do the repairs I did not ask for refund besides you have never got back to me when I asked you to review quote on some of the issues, you have left me no choice but find another repairs company

Mark from HH was prompt, speedy and professional. Repaired and serviced boiler, balanced rads and advised me on pressure. Parts were available from local branch so great turnaround. Engineer had wealth of experience including 13 years British Gas. Thank you

Can’t praise Hackney Heating’s service enough. Following a boiler malfunction leaving us without heating in freezing conditions their engineer Mark attended within a few hours and got the heating working. He was extremely thorough and polite even though I suspect he was at the end of a long shift. Thank you Danny and everyone at Hackney Heating.
