“Nothing short of amazing work. We called Sebastian to fix a busted pipe. He came out in a timely manner. Was very upfront with what needed to be done. Showed extreme professionalism and direct to the point. I personally cannot stand when people beat around the bush with what needs to be done. Needless to say he will be our go to from now on.”

The engineer from GTR Plumbing & Heating Richmond did a fantastic job in our unit. Had a flexible schedule and managed to attend between Christmas and New Year and solved the problem in few minutes.

Fantastic service! David came out within minutes on a Sunday for an emergency callout, fixed the issue, gave some advice. Great guy too, would 100% recommend.
