GH Plumbing Merchants

I had a great experience at GH Plumbing Merchants. The fellas there are incredibly nice and friendly, making you feel welcome the moment you walk through the door. Whether you're a professional tradesperson or just trying to fix something at home, they take the time to help you out without any fuss. It’s refreshing to visit a shop where the staff are not only knowledgeable but also genuinely good people. Highly recommended for top-notch service

My car was attacked by a member of staff from this shop maybe the owner over the parking outside the plumbers merchants. He was screaming at me through my window so I decided to leave incase he attacked me when I got out, and he stood infront of my vehicle and proceeded to smash his hands down on my bonnet causing damage. Please see photos. Disgraceful behaviour towards a woman avoid this shop.

Would definitely recommend this service. Very reasonably priced. Great service- my bathtub leak was fixed quickly and efficiently. Excellent communication throughout. Thanks again.

Ali was fantastic! He was quick, efficient, and got the job done perfectly. What stood out was how responsive and communicative he was—explaining the issue clearly and offering helpful advice. A reliable professional who I’d definitely call again.

came in asking for a shower hose adaptor part and hes straight up tells me that part doesnt exist, I went to screwfix right after and they had that same connector adaptor I needed replaced and now my shower is working perfectly fine. The guy was very rude, he shouldn't do customer service, didn't listen to me explain the problem and completely got it wrong, how is he running a plumbing store when he has no knowledge at all. Horrible. Edit: To respond to his reply. I never asked to a free service or for him to undo anything. All I wanted was a new pumbling part. Its actually very concerning that the owner of a shop called "Plumbing Merchants" had no idea what I was talking about (maybe if he stopped being rude and actually listened to me he would've understood what I wanted). I went to screwfix after and they explained all I needed was a G 1/2 male to G 1/4 male adaptor for my shower which cost me 5£. I wish I read the reviews before going to this shop as other people have had issues with this man.
