Shockingly poor customer service. Does not even deserve one star. I called after our boiler stopped working on a day of snow and minus degrees. I was assured someone could come out today and told that I would receive an email within half an hour to confirm. I called back two hours later after not hearing anything. I repeated all my details and was told they would be in touch soon. After another long wait, I called back a third time and they confirmed my details and said they would pass on another message. I emphasised that I urgently needed to know whether anyone could come so I could find someone else. 5pm passed and still nothing so I sent an email, only to receive this reply: “I was going to email back but you sent another one asking to confirm a time, I assumed you had with another company as we hadn't even got your address. We don't have any availability this week I'm afraid. Regards, Matt.” I confirmed that I had repeated my details all three times I called, including phone number, email and address, and each time it was even painstakingly repeated back to me in phonetic alphabet! The third time I called the man even said my address before I did. I was assured someone could come today when they obviously knew this was not possible. I am furious as I have now wasted time finding someone else and have been left in the cold. Thanks for nothing.

Product is so cute, it's very nice and it is very beautiful. The sound is very nice the voice is very clear so this product is very very cute product
