Flowline Heating & Plumbing Ltd

Kris was fantastic! Flexible and fast, super professional and knowledgeable and great at explaining what the problem could be. So good to have a plumber you can trust. I’ve already recommended him to my neighbours

Kris came and sorted our problem with our underfloor heating promptly. Very professional and efficient. When it seemed like we had a follow up problem (which resolved) Kris called back immediately to check in with me. Much better experience than with bigger and more well known companies where you don’t know which engineer you will get and who might overcharge and try to sell you things you don’t need.

Kris quite literally saved the day when our boiler packed up on the coldest day of the year. We needed a new part which he sourced on a Saturday morning and by early evening we had hot water and heating again, along with an easy fix for what to do if it happened again. Easy, good communication and friendly. Kris, you’re a legend, thank you.

Paid for £500+ boiler repair. Following day boiler started making really loud noise. Texted asking for a follow-up visit. No answer. Phoned up. Said following week would visit. Never did. Texted again. No answer. I had to find someone else, and pay extra. I wouldn’t recommend.

Kris is responsive and efficient; we got an appointment in two days, contected him on Monday and the full strip down service was completed on Wednesday afternoon. Impressive work and attitude, he obviously likes his job and working with people. Also, for an affordable price. Thank you Kris.
