Expert Plumbing & Heating Bromley

This right here. Anyone who knows me, knows customer service and a patient willingness to explain will get you everywhere with me. The ladies that answer the phone are top-notch every time I rang their line. Kyle came out yesterday- great dude; met my expectations, did what I asked, had a great alternative when I hit a wall, even vacuumed my garage floor! 5 out of 5 stars.

Plumber came out the once, did not know what job he was there for, had an earpod in the entire time he spoke with me, and turned out he didn’t have the right equipment. Re-arranged for a Saturday, waited all day, sent 3 texts across 5 hours, all went to read but no response. Later, I get a call saying his phone was in the car and he’d come Sunday. Waited all day Sunday, nothing. Rang & complained via email, 1 week later still no response. Rang, explained and rebooked, proceeded to wait all day on a Monday, again no show. Completely disgusting customer service. Those are the phone are unempathetic and rude. Absolute scam of a company.

Honest, genuine people not out to get a quick buck but rather build customers for life. David was knowledgeable, thoughtful, and an open book throughout. I rarely write reviews, but they earned it! Thank you David and team!

I've had to have my water heater replaced because of a leak. Their plumber Adrin installed my new water heater, he was very polite, quick, and highly professional. There was no mess, my water heater looked amazing!

David carefully reviewed every detail of my lines and then educated me as to possible causes and solutions. very pleased with this company. no mess, no run-around, just honest service.
