Emergency plumber south-east London

My boiler went down at 6pm on a Friday night. Kem responded that evening, came round on Saturday to check the boiler, spent allllll of Sunday tidying it up and replacing it, before it was finally turned on on the Monday. I couldn’t believe how quick and efficient and helpful they were. And neither can anyone I tell! Cannot recommend highly enough. Friendly, welcoming, insightful and incredibly tidy. My wife commented that she was amazed how tidy the work was. Thanks team - we are tow warm again - can’t recommend you highly enough!

Have worked with Kem in both emergency last minute situations and bigger jobs like this dishwasher installation and he has always been great to work with. Super nice guy and done a great job every time, would gladly recommend to anyone!

Kem is a legend and a genuinely good person, who helped us out massively when we realised we had a major leak on our mains cold water, but no idea where it was happening. Even though he wasn’t familiar with the pipe layout in our house, he detected the leak at the first attempt (buried under concrete in the kitchen), channeled it out, stopped the leak, and repaired it, all in the space of a few hours. He then came back a few days later to make it good - and his work is so tidy you wouldn’t even know he’d done anything. We had such a positive experience we wanted to share it with anyone else looking for a professional that they can trust their home with.

I would recommend Kem to family and friends without hesitation. I found his details via google search and was intrigued by the very good reviews and decided to give him a call. From the very first images I sent him , he explained clearly what needed to be done and suggested replacing my old and knackered immersion heater rather than just patching it up only to have issues down the line. From sourcing the new heater to carrying out the work, everything was done efficiently and his communication was very good throughout. He was also very clear about pricing so there were no nasty surprises. If only all tradespeople were this straightforward and efficient, the world would be a much better place. Thanks again, Kem – you’re a godsend!

Kem was an absolute pleasure to have around. He was clean, tidy and always went the extra mile to make sure we were happy and satisfied with his work. He was polite, professional and I wouldn't hesitate in recommending his work. When we remodelled our bathroom we replaced an old boxed in bath with a new freestanding corner tub. Kem meticulously installed new underfloor pipework to allow a hidden, clean and streamlined look, insuring all the pipes lined up perfectly and as neatly as possible. Kem installed the new bath and shower as well as replacing and re running pipework to allow for adjustments to sink, toilet and radiator positions.
