Emergency heating and plumbing

Great job done and very professional! Emergency boiler replacement! The guys were great and very helpful. They did great work and were very timely! They went above and beyond to accommodate our requests! Kept us in the loop all the way through! Highly recommended! Thanks guys!!!

Ala did a great job in identifying and fixing the heating problem. Very friendly and explained the issues well. On time and great communication through out. Would highly recommend.

These plumbers helped us out last year in a crisis when our boiler failed at Xmas time. They came quickly, did everything well and fast. This year they came to service, discovered leaking control valves (not part of the boiler, but checked as part of the service) and again did what needed doing thoroughly and fast. If you do call them, though, be prepared to pay at the top of the range of “going rates”. This is not a “cut price” outfit, nor do they pretend to be.

Absolutely above and beyond, I couldn't recommend Ala highly enough. Had a disaster with our boiler and was totally fixed within a day with friendliness and expertise. Thank you so much.

Quick response call-out at a higher rate after 5 pm. The call-out charge was significantly higher than the actual repair cost, which exceeded more than £220. The job was resolved by myself using £25 worth of silicone. No blockage or leaks were found.
