Have spoke to this gentleman 5 times over the last 6 week sent countless messages and photos on various platforms with no call back.Every time i call i get told to remind him again...sent more pictures just to be told he needed reminding again, rude and interruptive and would not recommend using a service with such a poor attitude, and when explained again about the issue i was told "you obviously dont want to use me" No i dont, clearly very good at getting people to write 5* reviews as i have done this in companies myself... AVOID Good response however the only time you mentioned being booked was before Christmas and i understood, I have since spoken to you 4 more times and all you kept saying was that you needed me to send the information again, I sent it again and again for you to just keep saying that you needed reminding... when i tried to go through it a 5th time you continued to talk over me and then put the phone down when i asked you to let me finish...its very frustrating when you continue tell someone over a 6 week period that you will get back to them and then ask every time to explain the situation again, For work i record all calls so am happy to post the conversations as well if you need more clarity, I dont care how many years you have been in the business...it does not change the fact you were rude and condescending,

I commissioned John Elliott to remove my old boiler and install a new boiler following his visit which involved a thorough explanation regarding the work to be carried out. His subsequent quotation was prompt and detailed, and cost was competitive. The work was completed within two days with John working non stop. On completion he explained carefully how everything works. All rubbish was removed and my house was left clean. I had two non-boiler related problems which John was happy to sort out for me.
