East End Plumbers

Wonderful experience, quick response, great quality of service. Mo explained everything to us and was charming to have in our home. The space looks great and it was a pleasure to have East End Plumbers helping us out.

Very responsive and easy to deal with. I had to change the appointment date, and they replied to my late-night request and updated the booking by the next morning. The engineer arrived within the planned time window and quickly identified and fixed the issue. I’d be happy to use them again!

We are very satisfied with the service provided by Eastend Plumbers. We had been experiencing lukewarm to cold showers for several weeks, and they helped us quickly identify the underlying issues. They provided clear, professional advice on the pros and cons of each repair or replacement option, which helped us make an informed decision that best suited our current situation. Special thanks to the engineer Mo. He replaced the broken parts in our boiler and patiently explained the most suitable and cost-saving temperature settings for both heating and hot water — and why they matter. He also took the time to double-check our shower system, showed us how to use it correctly, and even gave practical, professional advice on a small issue with the toilet seat. Overall, Mo was knowledgeable, thorough, and extremely helpful. We really appreciated the honest advice and attention to detail. Highly recommended!

Really great service. The engineer was very helpful and professional. Came out very quickly after I first contacted the company.

Mohamed arrived on time and was able to quickly and efficiently identify the issue. He was clear in providing advice for the issues with out leaking toilet and in replacing parts. Excellent, friendly service
