Croydon DIY & Plumbing

Should really be zero stars. An individual with zero social skills emerged from nowhere and the subsequent interaction had me turn and run out the door. Furthermore, the store doesn't have much of what anyone needs. Amazon and Ebay will finish this place off. Avoid.

This place has a very wide selection of DIY hardware tucked away in allsorts of nooks and crannies and mostly at a reasonable price. With so many members of staff you would expect a really good service but this is where it can't really get more than 3 stars, unless perhaps you are a regular customer or personal friend. Nobody really seems to appreciate you being there from the guy on the laptop in the corner, the chap stuck behind the counter, the bloke rushing around filling every space with new stock although I have had a smile from the young man on the shop floor learning the trade. It wouldn't take a lot of effort to raise this to 5 stars. Come on guys 😃

Absolutely awful store, they are exactly the kind of people who give small shops a bad reputation. Only looking to take the most amount of money from you as possible. Very difficult to get a refund, the equivalent of giving money to sharks! They will try to bite you if you try to take it back for poor quality items. Their behaviour is very rude, completely classless and uneducated - this is reflected in their actions. Poor quality items and even poorer quality customer service, I've seen happier people at funerals! Take some advice go to a bigger shop, save yourself the time and hassle. Trust me you'll thank me for it!

Very professional any thing you need they got it mr Forqan best salesman 5 stat

Wow wow wow!!!! What a gold mine. This shop has everything you could possibly need! Including the kitchen sink!! The staff went above and beyond to meet my needs and even ordered other stuff for me next day delivery at brilliant prices. Highly recommend. Firoza
