CLA Heating & Plumbing

We had a fantastic experience from start to finish. When our boiler suddenly developed a problem, Craig responded at very short notice and quickly identified the issue. What really stood out was he’s honesty — he clearly explained the situation and gave a fair, straightforward assessment without any pressure. He managed to fit a brand-new boiler for us on short notice, which was a huge relief. Throughout the whole process he was incredibly accommodating, polite, and respectful of our home. He worked cleanly and left everything tidy afterward. It’s rare to find someone so reliable, skilled, and genuinely customer-focused. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone needing boiler work. Truly excellent service!

Craig's work is thorough, clean and professional. He's has done a variety of jobs for us, from servicing, to re-plumbing indoor and outdoor fittings. Everything is finished perfectly. Craig has a lot of expert knowledge and advice. He's the only one I'm trusting with the high quality work I want in my home.

I can't recommend CLA heating and plumbing highly enough. Craig has come to my rescue after problems with my leaking Worcester boiler, more than once. He has great knowledge and is always willing to fix, rather than sell me a new boiler. He is super friendly, helpful, quick to reply and reliable. Highly recommended.

Craig was prompt to attend and helped us with a broken kitchen tap. He explained what needed doing and sorted it out really quickly for us. Reasonably priced and good service.

Craig deserves every one of these five stars. I had a nightmare scenario with a boiler leak that was starting to cause damp in my home, and I was worried about the damage. I called Craig, and he was able to come out and assess the situation incredibly fast. He knew exactly what the problem was and fixed the leak in no time at all, minimizing any further damage. His service was professional, tidy, and hugely reassuring. If you need a reliable plumber who gets the job done quickly and correctly, look no further than Craig. Highly, highly recommend!
