The slowest service..... If you even called it service..... Can never find anything... ... Boilers that have been on order nearly a week and still hasnt arrived.. ....dont even awnser the phone....... Will not be using again SHOCKING

Not knowledgeable about their products. Unbothered and lazy attitude in general. Customer service is abysmal overall. Mis-sold me an item as part of a ‘pack’ rather than individually and refused to issue a refund. They offered their Manager to call me but never got a call… - *crickets* I am in dispute and have raised a complaint with the company.

Wouldn't use again. Had a query for a bathroom tap that was on display with 2 prices - the member of staff looked at the catalogue and then on line and quoted the price of £105. Mentioned that the display also had £89 - told yeah it happens. Wanted to know if it was the correct one as picture didn't match tap and was greeted with a blank stare and 'yeah'. He couldn't even be bothered to get off of his chair to look. Great customer service 🙄
