City Plumbing

Ordered two towel radiator valves online and went to collect them the next morning. Initially received the incorrect colour black instead of chrome, and then informed that the item was out of stock. The explanation provided was that CPS operates two systems for managing online inventory. What a joke, wasted not only my time but petrol to the Lewisham store. Walk out and spent my money next door in the tool station

Jay was really, really helpful. I was picking up a few WC parts on behalf of a colleague, and some important information was missing. He took the time to walk me through the different options and even spoke directly to my colleague, over the phone. His help left such a good impression that I've now opened-up a new City Plumbing account and hope to use them more often as a direct result of my experience... Highly recommended.

Alima Conteh ,The showroom manager was very helpful, and patient in helping me select my new Bathroom . Which I have placed the order for the end of August.2025.I was also happy with the quality and designs. Thank you Alima.

City Plumbing in hither green really helped me out. My boiler had stopped working and I needed a new one urgently, they had a replacement boiler onsite. Quick transaction, loaded boiler into my car, very friendly and helpful. Will use again.

Thanks to CP who sorted me out with a loo seat. Could a been a chilly winter otherwise. Cheers CP.
