Fantastic customer service and very well priced. I ordered online they saw what I ordered was mismatched. They took the time to reach out to me to check my order. They then helped me sort and even helped secure the courier to return an item.

A few things wet wrong here unfortunately which suggested I was more than unlucky and this is more a reflection of the business processes and quality assurance. Firstly the product I purchased from their site was no longer made or stocked. Ok, on its own totally fine. However, the product on the website continues to be featured and purchasable as of today (several weeks later) so clearly the site is not managed well (if at all) Secondly, the tap that I bought to replace the non-stocked tap came with the wrong washer. I ended up having to make my own. Finally, and the biggest problem, the moulding of the tap was faulty and leaked so I spent £200 on a plumber who then had to return at the costs of another £150. The company provided a refund for the tap that was faulty and click clack although poor QA of the stocked products has left me out of pocket by £150. I offered the company the chance to reimburse the additional fees incurred because of the poor product supplied. This was not forthcoming.

Purchased a towel radiator online - Manraj was very helpful in following up to check I had the valves I forgot to order. I didn't so I'm grateful for the email - I didn't get it from other suppliers. Overall, I do feel the total I purchased was a little pricey but hopefully the quality is there and I feel supported enough if there are mistakes.

Amazing shop and website, most competitive prices, Manraj from customer services was very helpful and I received personalised prompt communication, he helped me so much with an item which was showing out of stock but found availability and it was with me within 2 days! Amazing service and will be back definitely:)
