I asked Adam to carry out our 12-month boiler service, as well as replace two TRVs. He was very responsive by text when arranging the work, arrived on time, and did a fantastic job. Everything was left clean and tidy, and he also provided helpful advice on a few adjustments to ensure the boiler and gas supply are safe, correct, and in full working order. Very pleased with the service — Adam will definitely be my go-to plumber from now on.

Have used Adam a couple of times now for emergencies and have been very pleased both times. He was great at finding an ongoing leak, after several plumbers had failed to diagnose the issue. He then gave us several options on how best to replace our mains supply. He worked quickly and efficiently to fix the issue and the work was to a really high standard. Very transparent with costs. Would definitely us him again!

Adam is a highly competent plumber. He responds to and deals with problems quickly and efficiently. He is polite, open and honest about an issue and what properly needs to be done. Recently while I was working outside the UK he made good use of video to demonstrate what was required and the result upon completion.

Adam fitted a new boiler for me in Feb 2026 and prior to this has been conducting boiler services at my flat for 5 years. Adam is always professional, on time and communicative.
