Boiler medic plumbing & heating ltd

Big thanks to Dan ! We had an issue with a gas leak and from the very first contact the service was absolutely outstanding. The engineer arrived extremely quickly, which immediately put us at ease during what could have been a very stressful situation. He was professional, calm, and incredibly polite, taking the time to explain everything clearly and making sure we felt safe and informed throughout the entire process. He repaired the gas leak efficiently and thoroughly, and then went above and beyond by making sure all of our radiators were working perfectly. The heating system was restored fully, the hot water was back to normal, and everything was checked carefully to ensure it was running exactly as it should. His attention to detail and high standard of workmanship were very impressive. On top of his technical skill, he was genuinely friendly, respectful, and tidy, treating our home with care and leaving everything clean and in perfect order. It’s rare to find someone who combines such excellent technical knowledge with great customer service, but he truly delivered on both. We are extremely grateful for how quickly and professionally everything was handled and couldn’t be happier with the results. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable, trustworthy, and highly skilled gas engineer. An excellent service from start to finish.

Dan is always prompt and provides efficient service. Despite it being Saturday and not sn emergency he was there pretty promptly, coped with my antiquated water tank and was friendly and efficient . He has recently done at least 2 different tasks for me, including sourcing quite a specialist part. It is great I can rely on him in all circumstances. A veey good plumber and pleasant with it.
