The concealed shower valve in my bathroom in Lambeth had stopped working properly, with the temperature control no longer functioning. I called BlueFlame Plumbing & Heating and they researched the issue for me, only to find the shower was discontinued. Ben then fitted a brand new shower, which involved retiling to finish the job properly. Really pleased with the end result – great workmanship and communication throughout. I had a leaking old boiler that needed replacing in Brixton. BlueFlame Plumbing & Heating came out quickly to quote and explained the process and products really clearly. Ben then fitted a new Worcester 4000 combi boiler to a very high standard. Great communication, tidy work, and now we have reliable heating and hot water again. I had a pressure issue a month after (fault of my pipes not the plumber) and they helped me resolve it within a day. Excellent service!!

BlueFlame Plumbing & Heating replaced an old Megaflow hot water cylinder at our home. I found them through recommended engineers on the Baxi website and could not have been happier. The Megaflow had not been changed or serviced for 20 years!! They first came and inspected and then gave their professional recommendations. We agreed on a spec - to install a new cylinder & a Monarch Water Filter. They did an excellent job and showering has become a whole new pleasure as the water has no limescale. The installation was carried out to a really high standard, everything was left tidy, and they even picked up a small leak on the gas pipe which got fixed. It was great to find a reliable plumber in London who specialise in hot water cylinders and gas work. I highly recommend BlueFlame and will be using them for my annual maintenance.

We have worked with Ben at Blueflame on a number of projects ranging from installation of a Nest thermostat, Quooker and most recently a water softener (see photo below).
