Best plumber in Romford Andrew Wingrave

Andy was amazing and efficient in doing my new bathroom! He went above and beyond to come and help move stuff in before starting the work and communicated with me every step of the way working late to get the job completed ahead of my return home after being away. Even following installation any questions he has been on hand to answer. Him and Mason really polite trustworthy people to have in your home. Highly recommend

Andy is simply a lifesaver! After being let down by another plumber, Andy swooped in and saved the day. From the moment I contacted Andy, I knew I was in good hands. He was prompt, friendly, and professional throughout the entire process. Not only did he arrive on time, but he also completed the job quickly without compromising on quality. You can tell that Andy is a true master at his craft, and his experience set him miles apart from what we had previously been accustomed to. He went above and beyond for us and to ensure that everything was done perfectly. From fixing a worrying number of leaks, installing our shower to commissioning our boiler- unfortunate “gifts” we were left with from our previous plumber- we could not have been happier with the whole experience. His personable nature and excellent communication skills made the whole experience stress-free and very enjoyable. I would recommend Andy’s services to anyone I know in a heartbeat! If you're looking for a reliable, skilled, and friendly plumber, look no further than Andy! Thank you, Andy, for your exceptional service! We look forward to working with you again in the near future!

Andy is a very knowledgeable and professional plumber. He found the time to come over and do a very minor job for me, although he had huge projects on at the time. He took time to explain my hot water cylinder issue. He always keeps his promise - when he says we will come over, he comes! He follows up by text to check all is ok. Will definitely use him again. Lovely guy and kept the cost very affordable.

Andy did a great replacement Soil vent pipe, also fitted a new cistern and pipe work to toilet, always on time, reliable and very clean worker. Great plumber who knew what he was doing , unlike a lot. Would recommend Andy anytime without fail, really nice fella, and very reasonable price.

I’m due to have my boiler serviced later this year and remembered I hadn’t reviewed Andy for the last brilliant work he did for me. ( sorry Andy - COVID & all !! ) ....we just moved into a new house and Andy installed a water softener and water pressure limiter under our kitchen sink. He did a brilliant job. The pipe work layout is a work of art. Two years on, it is all still working perfectly. No leaks. Nothing. Andy worked spotlessly clean throughout the whole job. Left me with an installation that was really thoroughly finished. He was not a clock watcher or in a hurry. Extremely friendly and I have recommended him to everyone I know in Romford. Definitely the best plumber we’ve ever used and hopefully he’ll come back and overhaul our boiler later in the year. Thanks Andy. Hope you & yours are safe and well.
