Ben Heating and Plumbing LTD

Excellent service from start to finish. Ben quickly diagnosed the issue with my boiler and took the time to help me choose a great replacement that suited my needs. The entire job was completed in just one day, and everything was done to a very high standard. Ben was prompt, reliable, and extremely respectful of my home and his team left everything clean and tidy afterwards. I highly recommend Ben to anyone looking for a trustworthy and professional plumber. Thank you!

Ben is incredibly helpful and reassuring. He's serviced my boiler twice now with utmost professionalism and good advice after the fix. Would not hesitate to call on him again!

Super Ben helped us with our 1st house reno (whole heating system and domestic water services) by guiding us through decisions and recommending the right products to achieve the desired result. Definitely a reliable experienced professional who can make the difference. Super recommended!! :)

I contacted Ben for help restoring hot water to our shower- he was exceptionally helpful from the get go- he replied in minutes, guided me through the potential problem, helped me identify and order any parts I’d need in advance of him coming round, arrived exactly when advised and within an hour of him attending we had hot water back in our shower. Whilst he was here he also managed to restore hot water and pressure back to our bathroom sink- our bathroom now works better than the day we moved in. Whilst he was here he fielded I don’t know how many of my questions and really took the time to help me understand the problem and how to prevent it in future. He also took a look at my boiler whilst he was here and gave lots of advice about a flume issue we’re having and I’m waiting for quote to start that project next. Cannot thank and recommend him enough- definitely a contact worth having!

Ben's expertise shone brightly when he tackled the eroding pipe issue, a problem that had been causing movement in specific kitchen tiles. His swift and professional approach not only resolved the issue efficiently but also at an incredibly reasonable cost. Words fall short in expressing the depth of my gratitude for his exceptional service. Thank you Ben!!!
