Bailey Gas & Heating LTD Shoreditch

Outstanding Service from Jason at Bailey Gas & Heating LTD I can’t recommend Jason from Bailey Gas & Heating LTD highly enough! From start to finish, his professionalism, knowledge, and dedication were truly exceptional. Jason took the time to thoroughly inspect my heating system and quickly identified the issues with my boiler and radiators. He carried out a full power flush on all 11 heaters and made sure everything was running perfectly. The difference in heating performance throughout the house was immediate and impressive! What really stood out was Jason’s attention to detail and commitment to doing the job properly. He went above and beyond by liaising directly with the boiler manufacturer to get my warranty reinstated — something I never expected but greatly appreciated. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about both the work and the customer’s peace of mind. Jason was punctual, polite, and took the time to explain everything clearly. He left the workspace spotless and made sure I was fully satisfied before leaving. It’s refreshing to deal with someone so honest, reliable, and knowledgeable in their trade. If you’re looking for a heating engineer who truly knows his stuff and delivers first-class service, Jason from Bailey Gas & Heating LTD is the person to call.

Needed a new boiler together with a water booster to be installed because of water supply and pressure issues in the flat. Quote was very clear, agreed planning respected. Installation completed properly and professionally. Whilst not on site , videos with clear comments were sent to be kept informed of progress being made. Access panels had to be created, done in a very neat way. Place was cleaned and left immaculate. Would highly recommend Jason and his company. Efficient, professional and likeable too !

We have recently replaced our boiler and installed a water pressure tank in our flat with Bailey Gas. Due to the layout of our flat, the boiler replacement was a complex job involving a few days of work and a cherry picker - many other heat technicians told us it couldn’t be done. Jason and his team handled this job brilliantly and without any issues whatsoever. They are by far the best plumbers / heat technicians I have encountered so far and looking forward to working with them again.

Had my boiler replaced by Jason and the service was excellent. He was professional, on time, and explained everything clearly. The installation was smooth and tidy, and the new boiler works perfectly. Great communication and a solid job all round. Highly recommend!

I can highly recommend Bailey Gas & Heating for response to my heating and boiler dilemma. Jason and his colleague attended my property, was knowledgeable, understanding and clearly competent. He diagnosed the problem and gave me options to consider, but was clear about the risk of the status quo. He was reassuring about how much care would be taken and I had every faith in him and he did not disappoint.
