B S Plumbing and Heating Dm Ltd

Our engineers name was Blerim and he came to install our water tank. He was a very polite gentleman and done a excellent job. He was professional and taking care of everything during his installation whilst looking after my house. He said that if there were any issues then he would come back and called the next day to ask if everything was fine. Highly recommend!!!

Very happy customer 😁 Blerim did an outstanding job fitting two new traditional style radiators, one of which was vertical. Throughout the whole process he was patient, advised on suitable styles etc and worked diligently to a high standard. Blerim is a personable individual who takes pride in his work. I would highly recommend and look forward to him working on future projects. Thanks Blerim!

I contacted this firm online on a Tuesday evening. They replied that same evening with a very competitive quote. They organized the installation for my tenant the following Monday. All this in January with a major storm going on. The work was considerate and efficient. My tenant said he was able to continue with meetings whilst working from home – that’s how quiet and professional they were! The pipework is very clean and they sent me photos of the new boiler and all paperwork and registration certificates promptly after installation. Recommend 100%, exceptional service.

They did an excellent job. The entire system was replaced and the underfloor heating system was installed at a very reasonable price. They were also very flexible and helpful with the payment, which made the whole process much easier for us. We are very happy with all the work carried out and highly recommend them.
