Easy to contact. This is the second time I have used Allen&Co's services. The first time was to replace a leaking compression joint in a difficult to get to situation. It was solved with neat solder fitting. The second occasion was to replace a bathroom sink tap. I furnished the Plumber, Romaine with photos of the pipe connections and isolating valves and I quickly received a suitable quote. On the day, Romaine was courteous, polite and friendly and I was impressed by his standard of work. I would certainly recommend him to my friends.

Romaine fitted 2 radiators in our home. So polite and kind, genuine and professional. Nothing was a problem for him, his "can do" attitude was appreciated. A true gentleman in every sense of the word. His work is fantastic, we could not have asked for better, but the clean up and tidy yet methodical way he worked let us feel at home in our home when we had a trades person working in our home. Shoe covers on his boots and dust sheets on our floors, or home was respected throughout. I highly recommend this company.

Romaine from Allen & Co Plumbing and Heating Services replaced our old boiler with a brand new Glow-Worm boiler. He was very efficient and delivered a very professional and high level plumbing service from start to finish. What I liked about Romaine he took the time to explain everything he was doing and how we should use our new boiler. Our job was spread over two days and Romaine cleaned up after himself each day in the area he worked. I cannot recommend him highly enough. If anyone is looking for a plumber who is not only highly skilled but also trustworthy, reliable, and genuinely customer-focused then Romaine is the plumber to call. Over the past three years, Romaine has carried out many jobs at both my home and my rental property. I have always found him to be extremely professional and very knowledgeable. Last Friday night, I had an emergency situation with my shower with water pouring through the ceiling into the hallway. In a panic, I called him and he very kindly talked my son through the procedure to stop the leak, saving us a lot of grief. He came over this week and has repaired the shower with a new part. Romaine always goes above and beyond to resolve an issue and I am extremely grateful to him. Thanks again Romaine!

I would recommend Allen &co to anyone. Very professional and courteous throughout. Very knowledgeable and able to give clear explanations to customer on cause and rationale for method chosen to deal with faults in central heating. Allen demonstrated good communication cation skills and understanding of customer’s anxieties and was able to allay all fears with simple explanations. Work was always completed in a reasonable period and work areas thoroughly cleaned afterwards.
