Explained the job to them, and agreed on a time. 10 mins before the latest arrival time (2-hour window) they called to inform they'd be late. When I reiterated what the job was, they decided they could not actually do it as it would require a long ladder. Not exactly high-tech specialist equipment for a plumbing firm, I thought. Unprofessional and generally not bothered about doing the work required. Disappointing.

The house heats up much faster with the new boiler.

I noticed the improvement immediately after the new boiler was fitted.

What a pleasure to have such quick service and affordable rates! Ben was super. He evaluated the problem (faucet leak) and gave me a flat fee to correct it. Ben was great to deal with explaining what needed to be done and how he'd do the work. I'm very pleased with the service.

Reza was great! He answered questions we had for future projects and replaced our hose bibs quickly and efficiently, and gave me some much appreciated education at the same time. We appreciated how easy everyone from the office to Chris was to work with.
