Alan and Allan Plumbing

I have used Alan and Allan plumbing since 2018 when they rescued me from a confusing first fix that the former heating engineer and plumber had abandoned due to illness. Alan was terrific, calm and sensible and reasonably priced. He cares about the quality of the work and I would prefer to use the firm for new whole bathroom and heating installations as well as boiler repairs and services.

Alan did a replacement of my Vaillant bolier in my flat on Amwell Street. He managed to do the replacement in just two days from contacting him and it all works perfectly now. Very quick to respond to messages, professional and friendly. His quote was also really competitive in terms of total price as I was weighing my options, and he did not add any extra charges from what he initially quoted. All in all a warmly recommend him and the firm!

Alan replaced our boiler. He did a fantastic job from end to end - from advising us on the right solution for our house, to fitting and finishing. He was efficient, friendly and professional and managed expectations very well. I would definitely look to use Alan again - 100% reliable and does an excellent job.

Fast and friendly service. We had a leaky water pipe under the sink and a poorly fitted washing machine waste pipe which also leaked. I called the office who passed my details on to Alan (who was out on a job). Alan returned my call within the hour, asked a few pertinent questions to establish what needed to be done, and then luckily was available later that same day to make the repairs. Incredibly good service at a fair price! I'll be keeping his number for next time I need a plumber.

Highly recommend!! We had two other plumbers try and fix our boiler, and neither could figure it out. Alan came and fixed it in an hour, and it's been working great ever since! He was well prepared, on-time, willing to work with our odd schedules, and very friendly. We've been recommending him to friends, and they've all been very happy with Alan & Allan plumbing!
