Absolutely excellent service from start to finish. Our boiler stopped working last week and Dan attended the same day to take a look. He clearly explained what the issue was and provided quotes the same evening for a variety of options. We chose to replace our boiler (as it was very old) and Dans colleagues James and Billy attended on the Saturday. They removed our ancient system and installed the new one in one day (not even stopping for a cup of tea!) and were so polite and tidy. There was no pressure or judgment to go with a particular option, pricing was very transparent and reasonable and we are very grateful for Dan, James and Billy’s responsiveness and professionalism.
