Absolute Plumbing Ltd

Daniel and the team at Absolute Plumbing were fantastic! We were advised of a leak by Thames Water after querying an unusually high water bill for the last period! We contacted Absolute Plumbing via their website. They responded via WhatsApp quickly to organise a date for the investigation and repair. Communication made it so easy - the team were polite, clear and very responsive, with the leak located and resolved in a very timely manner! All works were carried out diligently and considerately to minimise disruption. I thoroughly recommend Absolute Plumbing and wouldn’t hesitate to call again should the need arise! Thanks Daniel and team!

ABSOLUTE BEST PLUMBERS IN LONDON - efficient, friendly and exceptional value for money After months of issues with a terrible sewer smell suddenly occurring in our ground floor flat, I initially engaged a plumber from Checkatrade, he came out took the toilet off the wall and then repaired a Pan Connector that had some damage and holes in it. He also mentioned something about leaking waste being an issue, there was no attempt to do any diagnostic testing or try and provide us with a reason as to why it happened. He replaced the connector and left, I had to have him come again as he did a dodgy job. He left and we thought the problem was solved. A few days later, the smell started happening again and continued to get worse. We then engaged Pimlico to come attend the premises, they charged £150 for an hour, couldn't figure out the issue and didn't even check the Pan connector again. They quoted £1300 for a two man team to come out to conduct a smoke test and then possible repair works. We ignored this. We then got a drainage expert to come and flush the drains to see if this was the issue. It wasn't and we continued getting the random smells. We finally called in Absolute and Daniel attended. He conducted a smoke test, CCTV and advised us there was an issue/leakage. We got another quote for a reasonable amount and he came over and identified that the Pan Connector was damaged and asked if we had a rat issue in the past, we had! The rat had chewed the connector again. Daniel fixed this, put a rodent guard in the pipes and we look to be sorted! Thanks Absolute!

Absolute Plumbing have done three different jobs for us, with two different plumbers (Dave and Daniel) and they are very easy to recommend: punctual, capable, neat, quick and fairly priced.

Great service! Dan was friendly, arrived on time, and did an excellent job. Very professional —highly recommend!
