Total rip off prices new watch battery £10.40 every where else £5. also now my watch keeps stoping and now have to send it to rotary to get it fixed . Avoid at all cost . West end prices in dagenham . Tompson are the dearest of the dear .

Very disappointing! I needed three key cuts and paid £20 for them (which is a way too expensive) and one of the keys simply doesn't work. Analysing the key I've noticed that it has a raw finishing, very poor service. I had to come back there, the staff did another one (as poor as the first one) and guess what? Doesn't work! Then I just didn't have time to come back again. I've paid (too much) for a key that I don't have. Waste of money! The funny thing is, on their receipt you can read "The Quality Service People" WHAT A JOKE!

Absolutely incompetent staff. The key cutter doesn't know anything about keys but poses to know all. I've had to replace the keys 3 times for the most simple lock. Avoid this company as when called customer services instead of listening carefully with concern for customer services the person made a mockery of the complain instead. DO NOT GET YOUR KEYS CUT FROM HERE AS THEY CANNOT DO THE JOB AND YOUR SAFTY IS NOT GUARANTEED.

Very good customer service and helped me resolve my issue easily. I would highly recommend this place for watches, they prices are reasonable and they are very easy to speak with.

They refused to fix a broken car key, insisted on making a whole new key for 180 pounds when I just needed a blade cut, dry cleaners across the road did it for 10 pounds lol
