Sam's Locksmith

Said they would arrive in 30mins. Arrived 2 and a half hours later. Charged £69 to pretend to try and open the door fiddling about with a magnet on a weak wire through the letter box. Fed me some story about needing to drill the lock out and fit another one for £300 on top of the £69 New euro lock is at most £20 from screwfix. Even if he had to buy the drill, drill bits, and lock, it still wouldn't be this expensive. Unless they have some sort of solid-gold lock I don't know about. This is just trying to take advantage of people who don't know any better.

Phoned this company on a whim this evening and the locksmith arrived in 20 minutes! Very nice guy who made me feel completely safe as a female locked out late evening. Door was unlocked in 5 minutes and there was no damage to my door. I hope this doesn’t happen again, but if it does I wouldn’t hesitate to use these guys again!

The guy who ended up doing the job did well but the company had me waiting several hours despite saying they would send someone before a certain time. I had to make 4-5 calls with different people just to confirm the time.

Fast, efficient, and professional service. Sorted my lockout swiftly. Highly recommended for their reliability and expertise. A top-notch locksmith
