Ian was brilliant great service had my front door lock fixed in no time. Even came back to help me out again. Highly recommended

An excellent service. We were back in our house within 30 minutes of calling. Ian who came was skilled and very polite. He explained everything and tried lots of different methods to solve our issue. A brilliant service that I would highly recommend.

I would like to thank Ian ever so much for his services today. He was patient and took his time to sort my door fully. He did not leave until he was satisfied I understood how it works. He told me what was wrong with my door which wasn't what I was expecting, I am however glad and pleased he told me what was required. His advice was very useful. I will definately use the company again and I recommend Ian following the service I received today. Thanks once again Ian

Just bought a house, new to the area and Andrew was a delight to hire to sort my locks out. I had a few doors with a few issues so it wasn’t easy to understand however Andrew examined and every step he took which helped me understand the job and price point being done. His service and approachability was 10/10 and was readily available and responsive when I needed him. I actually found Andrew over a Google map search for locksmiths in the area and the other reviews didn’t disappoint. Thank you Andrew for the hard work and will be referring you around!

Ion was great and the price was very reasonable. He arrived within 30 minutes. I could tell straight away he genuinely wanted to help and did everything he could. Very knowledgeable locksmith. Highly recommended!
