First ever visit to this place to get a pair of shoe laces. Didn't realise the cost these days. Guy serving was ok and pleasant enough.

I brought in a pair of good shoes for complete sole and heel repair. Bring Loakes the shoes themselves fit like slippers and I didn't want to replace them with new ones as, as well as being comfortable, the uppers are as sturdy and good as the day I bought them. This was the second time I'd had them done, and was fearful as last time they were botched by a well known high street shoe repairers. Lock and Sole were the complete opposite. They have done a perfect job, and I am so pleased to have retained my prized loafers for another couple of years.

Absolutely fantastic service today provided by Graham Hall as I stupidly locked myself out of the house this morning. Graham was on another job when I called but said he would be with me within 1 hour and he did. He opened the door with ease and the price was good also. So pleased with the speed of Graham who unlocked my door with ease!!!! Thank you Graham. Highly recommend the locksmith service and Graham Hall

Poor quality repair.Had new leather sole and heel.Stitching inside uneven and raised which hurt my feet.Leather sole is poor quality and breaking up on first wear!Looks like I’ve worn them for years!
