ITCC Locksmiths

Avoid this company — they’re a bunch of scammers. They’ll tell you it’s £49 + VAT, but when they show up, it suddenly becomes £300, and they’ll even use force to damage your door. Even if you try to cancel, they’ll still charge you £49 + VAT.

I had an excellent experience with ITCC Locksmiths in Sidcup! I needed an urgent lock replacement, and they responded incredibly quickly. The locksmith arrived on time, was professional and friendly, and explained everything clearly before starting the work. The job was done efficiently, and the new lock works perfectly. Their pricing was fair, with no hidden costs, and the service was top-notch. It’s great to find a reliable locksmith that you can trust. I highly recommend ITCC Locksmiths to anyone in need of a fast and professional locksmith service. I will definitely use them again in the future!

First class service with very reasonable prices. One of the few to actually answer the phone in an emergency. Turned up within ten minutes and was in my flat in a couple of minutes. I had stupidly locked myself out, but without fuss this guy got me in without any damage. Highly recommended.

DONT BOTHER even calling these people, absolutely useless. I called them to schedule a locksmith to come out over an hour prior to me getting to my house, got to my house at the scheduled time to receive a call to say the previous locksmith has been held up and someone else will come out 35 mins later. 35 mins had past and no one arrived I gave them an extra 30 mins to which still no one had arrived had to call back and was told the driver had been stopped by police because there was something wrong with their vehicle? and it will be another 17 min wait, I waited another 30mins to which I received a call saying the locksmith was here, however no one showed up. Absolute waste of my time, completely incompetent.

Great local lock-smiths. Couldn't access my house due to faulty lock. Oren arrived within 15 minutes, accessed the house within 1 minute. He then promptly diagnosed the issue, collected a new lock and fitted for me. I was really impressed with the attention to detail and care he took making sure it worked perfectly. Service was very fairly priced. Thank you Oren & Meir.
