All Time Locksmith

Had a really disappointing experience with this locksmith. The job took 2hrs 20mins, but I was told I’d be charged for 3 hours because “anything past the hour counts as a full hour.” That’s not true, and when I challenged it, the locksmith was extremely rude and dismissive. He didn’t even know what time he arrived and tried to claim it was earlier than it actually was. When I raised this with customer service, they admitted the charge should be 2.5hrs, which I accepted. However, given the poor attitude and unprofessional behaviour, I suggested they show some goodwill and reduce it to 2hrs as a gesture. They refused, and even commented, “yeah, the locksmiths are like that,” which to me is unacceptable. Why contract people who are rude to your customers and try to overcharge them? Poor service from start to finish - I’d strongly recommend avoiding this company and finding a locksmith who is honest, respectful, and professional.

Stay away at any cost Besides lying & zero accountability, you get nothing Even 1 star is overrated

We searched google as we needed a shop to repair our car key. We phoned as this company on google is advertised as a high street shop. We called and informed (quite abruptly) that they only offer emergency call out services

I just wanted to say a HUGE thank you Alex in All Time Locksmith, who within a day of me going in with a car key issue, was able to offer me the best advice for my problem instead of charging me through the roof for a whole new key fob. I went back today, I simply waited 15 minutes and I was sorted, good as new! 10/10 for customer service, friendliness, price, location and parking right outside. Thank you Alex!!

I could give 0 stars if I could! I placed order on 2 weeks ago and still haven't received my order. I contacted customer service and I've been advised it should arrive within 48h on 17th March, I tried to call no answer. I would NOT recommend. Waste of time
