Called in late January this year for urgent electrical work, told to expect qualified engineer within 90 minutes. Arrived in less than 60 minutes, 2 engineers, both introduced themselves as voltedge engineers and were so polite and professional. They asked to see the issue and location, and made a competent assessment of the nature of the problem and required remedial actions, I have had other people look at this over the last few months who have not even tried to take action, I asked the engineer if it was possible and he smiled and said " of course, anythings possible ". I left him to it and less than an hour later, he reported " all done, new boards, isolators installed and safety checked, please come and inspect the work " which I did. Everything requested was completed and verified, they had cleaned up after themselves, and the costing provided prior to work was adhered to exactly. These were polite, cheerful and professional guys. As a follow up, although I paid then and there by card, 2 weeks later , needed a full invoice etc, called them and this was provided in a timely manner. Such a good service that I have a number on file and they will be a first choice contact should further work be required in the future.

Aamir and his colleague have been fantastic the last two days . I had an emergency scenario with an extensive leak that resulted in damage to 13 spot lights and the fuse box in my kitchen. Aamir figured out what needed to be fixed and the best way to proceed. Within the hour , both colleagues had sourced all relevant materials and started on the works required . They work efficiently and professionally to get the situation resolved . All works were carried out according to electrical guidelines and safety requirements. Communication was effective and reliable. I would highly recommend both Aamir and his colleague if you need any job doing .

If you’re looking for an electrician who treats you like you don’t have two brain cells to rub together, this is the company for you. From the moment you deal with them, the attitude is clear they’re doing you a favour by even showing up. Prices are inflated, explanations are vague, and any question you ask is met with a tone that suggests you’re just too “dumb” to understand. Rather than being straightforward and helpful, they act like you’re desperate and should just accept whatever they say. Newsflash: Not all customers are clueless, and we certainly have options. An electrician should provide skill, respect, and clear communication, not arrogance and condescension. Save yourself the frustration. There are plenty of other electricians out there who know how to do quality work without talking down to the people who pay their bills.
