I just got boiler and central heating cover for repairs with Kyle from PlusHeat, and it took about 15 minutes and the prices are AMAZING! In contrast, I had tried to get the same from British Gas, was on the chat for an hour, the links didn’t work, and the cost was astronomical, and completely out of my budget. Kyle was fast and efficient and I am very impressed and relieved that it’s sorted. Thank you!

I was pleased to find by research on the internet the very competitively priced Boiler and Radiator Insurance offered by PlusHeat. Setting this up with Chloe was very easy and she was helpful and knowledgeable. We did encounter a major problem, probably caused by a bad WiFi connection, when things became complicated for a while with missing email communications.However, Chloe remained calm (even when I did not!) and arranged another time to call. Eventually it was sorted out: The really good thing was that Chloe’s sensible approach meant that I had a follow up call and subsequent emails the next day which put my mind at rest. Great first impression as a new customer – thanks to Kyle! I've just taken out a new gas boiler service contract with PlusHeat (my first time with them), and the experience has been positive right from the start. They called me to discuss and finalise the signup, and I spoke to Kyle, he was excellent! Very polite, helpful, and showed a lot of patience while explaining the plan details, answering my questions, and making sure everything was set up correctly. No rush at all; he listened properly and left me feeling confident about the cover. The plans offer great value, affordable monthly payments, including a free annual boiler service by Gas Safe engineers, plus breakdown protection for peace of mind.
