Both Ellie (for all the office work) and Mark (conducting the electrical review of our installation) have been great ; very polite, explaining all the steps and how to interprète the results - very pleased for a service that is very well priced - we will use them again for inspection as well as for other electrical works we would need in the future.

Mark attended my property for an EICR. He was professional and thorough, and we received the report after a couple of days.

Excellent service. Ellie responded quickly to my enquiry and helped book an appointment on the same day. Mark (the electrician) was very friendly and fixed the issue quickly. Would highly recommend Phoenix Electricians!
