Cyril was great - he was extremely efficient, quick at the job and thoroughly enjoyable company. His approach to the task was enthusiastic and I will definitely request him again when I require any level of electrical work done in my home.

Amazing! Needed an emergency call out for the vulnerable elderly couple I care for as they were without power and heat for a whole day. Cyril was incredible, he was so helpful and thorough. He explained everything clearly and helped us escalate the problem to power networks. Great response service when we had a partial outage in the night, losing power to (primarily) our fridge and boiler amongst other things. Cyril attended within an hour, quickly assessed and explained the problem, formed and explained clearly an interim solution and explained what would be required as a permanent solution.
