Matrix Electrical Contractors LTD

My husband and I would like to say a massive thank-you to Jake for all of his amazing work he has done to make our house into our dream home. We bought the house with plans to renovate and extend and Jake joined the project through our builder. We are delighted with how quickly Jake "got" us (mainly me!) and our seemingly impossible requests such as we want light but I don't like lights!! We have never renovated before so were very happy to take guidance which Jake gave us plenty of. His work standards were consistently high throughout the project and I had no concerns to just let him in in the morning then leave him to get on with things throughout the day when we were at work. The work is now all done and we are so happy with the end result of such a big project. We have no reason to think there will be any problems going forward however we know Jake will always be available to come over and sort any issues should any arise. Thank you Jake, we wish you all the best with continuing to grow your business and all the best to you and your wife with your future plans.

We contacted Jake to install a new radiator in our bathroom and build a new light fixture in our airing cupboard after we moved into our new flat. He was extremely responsive and professional, and we’re really happy with the results. We would 100% recommend Jake to others and would use him again for any electrical needs.

Jake re-wired our entire property after purchasing a doer-upper. He installed a new fuse board and worked with us on the planning of lights, outlets and where power needed to be pulled to facilitate the future works to the property. He works in collaboration with other trades (mainly our plasterer) to ensure cables were pulled and they were both aligned on where things were going - making our life substantially easier during a stressful time. He is reliable and transparent with costs - so much so we trusted him to have keys to the property and worked without us there. I can’t recommend Jake enough - although do note, his singing doesn’t match his sparky skills - room for improvement needed before he considers any X Factor appearance.

Jake came over on short notice to sort a bunch of electrical stuff out for me when I moved into my new place and I was so impressed! Reasonably priced, super friendly and really high quality work! Would definitely recommend to anyone in the area

Had Jake round a couple of times to do electrical works. Cannot recommend more, he’s very professional, quick and the work is perfect. Will always use Matrix for any future electrical jobs!
