What a great company! Five stars across the board. The booking system is easy to use and I was able to get the time slot I needed.The electricians were friendly, arrived on time and the work was completed quickly and efficiently. I strongly recommend this company and would not hesitate to use them again.

Extremely disappointing and unprofessional customer service I recently called London Electricians Direct to enquire about an NVQ opportunity and was met with dismissive and unhelpful behaviour from the person who answered the phone. As soon as I gave my name, his tone changed noticeably. He repeatedly stated that “nobody is here to help you” without making any effort to listen to my query or direct me to the correct person. The conversation made me feel that I was being judged and dismissed based on my background rather than the content of my enquiry. This type of behaviour is completely unacceptable — especially from a company representing itself as professional and serving a diverse city like London. I am extremely disappointed by the lack of respect and basic courtesy shown, and I strongly urge the company to review its approach to customer service and ensure all callers are treated fairly and without bias.

Decent booking process- no issues with that. Failed test- no issues with that. Then it came their quotation which I queried, no response to several emails. Clear attempt to up-sale and overcharge. Stated that bathroom luminaires had to be changed to IP rated luminaires, despite the existing luminaires clearly showing their IP rating, and being installed at over 2400 FFL. Looks like they charge very competitive for the EICR to get you hooked and then try to make money on remedial works, either by adding unnecessary works or high prices on other elements i.e. breaker change, etc. Will not be getting my money again. Edit: I had no issues with failed test, it is what it is and remedial works needed to be done. Just the way how the pricing process was carried out (the rates, the up-sale, etc.) and the lack of responses for weeks. Took Google review to get their reaction.

Paid them to do electrical test inspection on my rented flat and whoever went there issued a failed test due to the fuse box not being metal cladded and so gave an horrendous price to fit a new metal cladded fuse box. I decided to get another local trusted electrician round and GUESS WHAT the fuse box was metal cladded and he did another test and issued a pass certificate. So I nearly got caught… BEWARE. Five stars is an understatement! I received outstanding service from start to finish. They offered the best price, were highly responsive through their chat app, and handled everything directly with the tenant on my behalf. The process was smooth and stress-free.
