Hillingdon Boiler Repairs - Uxbridge Boilers®

Mark responded to my text within an hour (it was early Saturday morning) and came out to visit within 4 hours. We had a boiler issue and leak and after he done some diagnostics he completed a full service and replaced some parts within 2 hours. He was very polite and extremely professional and considering this was an emergency call out at the weekend I could not have asked for more. Finding reliable and trustworthy trades people is really difficult but I would highly recommend Mark and his business to anyone. I will certainly be using Mark and his business again as this was a real find! Thank you Mark for your service. It was a real pleasure to meet you!

Mr Ma (or Mark) has given us exceptional service. Prompt, efficient, honest and resourceful. He always gives a fair price, but most importantly - he gets the job done. I would have no hesitation recommending him to anyone.

Woke up to a freezing cold house on Sunday morning and couldn’t get our local plumber, so found Hillingdon Boiler Repairs on Google. Mark got to us by the early afternoon and spent the next few hours trying to figure out why our boiler wouldn’t start. We were impressed with his patience and technical knowledge, working through fault after fault. After thoroughly investigating the boiler, almost part by part, he was able to find the root cause and make the repairs. For the price of a competitive call out rate and parts, Mark put the boiler right and saved us the cost of a new boiler. We were initially sceptical about choosing a random plumber online, but can’t thank Mark enough for his non-nonsense approach and meticulous work and fixing our boiler on a Sunday night!
