From booking our EV charger installation we were kept up to date with the installation, which we were able to choose the date. Joe and Euan turned up on time and were friendly and informative about what they needed to do. They asked us where we wanted the unit fitted. They run the lead from our meter and then run it under the floor boards and went through to the outside wall under the skirting board. We were extremely pleased to have no leads showing inside the house. The EV unit outside was fitted pristinely and looks great. After fitting they helped with how to download the App and showed us how to use it and made sure everything was working. They put us at ease as complete novices and reassured us on how to use the EV charger. I would highly recommend them. Mr and Mrs W Ansell

Great experience with EVC Electrical Installations. Aaron was excellent. Reminder before he arrived, a very professional job and kept us informed throughout. Super courteous and thoughtful. Shoes off when entering the house, extra care taken to conceal the cable in the garden down to the garage. Careful drilling in the garage and advising to cover our car to prevent dust. All great attention to detail and a very tidy, efficient and professional installation throughout. Very happy.

Lewis arrived at 8am on the dot and was a really helpful and obliging guy. He carried out a very good, neat job. Once completed, he advised me to download the app and showed me how to use it. I don’t have my EV so can’t review on functionality yet but a happy customer!

The process couldn’t have been any smoother from initial engagement to final installation. We were kept in the loop for the whole time and when Aaron arrived for the installation he was remarkable. Well mannered and professional young man who was respectful to our requirements and a flawless installation. The demonstration afterwards was all flawless and knowing the support afterwards is there if needed is very comforting. 5 stars and fully recommend.

A very good service from start to finish. Well communicated regarding price, quote and install. Installation was excellent, Joe arrived on time and did a great job of the install running cables as requested! Joe spent time showing me the required app and how to use it.
