Era Construction Solutions Ltd.

I did not have a positive experience with ERA Construction. The project was scheduled to be completed within two and a half weeks, but after four weeks the work was still incomplete. I raised a number of concerns about the finish of the work, in particular the grouting. During the final stages, communication became inconsistent and I felt uncomfortable with the tone of those interactions. I had a particularly unpleasant exchange with Katherine (Project Manager). We agreed to end the project before completion, and I have had to engage other contractors to complete and rectify the outstanding works. I chose ERA Construction in part because of the positive reviews I had read. I am sharing my experience so that prospective clients can make an informed decision based on a range of customer experiences.

I had an excellent experience working with Era Construction Solutions Ltd.. Their team is highly professional, reliable, and detail-oriented. Every stage of the project was completed on time and with great attention to quality. Communication was clear and efficient, and they were always open to feedback and suggestions. It’s rare to find a company that combines technical expertise with such a strong commitment to customer satisfaction. I would gladly recommend Era Construction Solutions Ltd. to anyone looking for trustworthy and skilled construction professionals.

ERA carried out a full refurbishment of our townhouse, and we couldn’t be happier. They managed everything electrics, plumbing, painting, flooring with real professionalism. The attention to detail was impressive, and they even fixed a few small things we hadn’t noticed ourselves. It’s rare to find a company that goes the extra mile, but ERA does, and we will absolutely recommend them to everyone.

The team at Era Consultation is exactly what you’d hope for in true professionals. They bring attention to detail, clear communication, flexibility, and—most importantly—they get the job done. Eugene and his team literally saved us after another contractor left things in a terrible state. He was supportive throughout the process, and the final result is fantastic. We’re very pleased and will definitely be using them again.
