I'm very happy with the service London Works provide. Easy to deal with both by phone and email. They made sure that I was notified when the electrician had a hard time finding the flat. I believe his name was Ali. Once there he started immediately and very friendly. While working he reached an obstacle that seemed serious but he found a way and came up with a great solution. Very heppy indeed.

We need a tesla charger for our new car but we didn’t know how it can be possible and what are the rules. We found EWL on Google Maps because of their good reviews. Their electrical services quality was higher than our expectations. Scheduling and its implantation were more than great. Pricing was fair, just like the reviews we read before on google. It was a good experience with the electric works in London. Their team suggest installing an outdoor electric vehicle charging set up in our parking because we have a tiny garage. The installer did a perfect job and he was on time. (exactly the time they told us after the call) communication with them was excellent, they listened to our priority and do the job as fastest as possible. The price was fair and on budget. We didn’t have a problem with cleaning, they left the repairment site super neat and clean. I would highly recommend electric works for my future jobs and repair projects.

I've had a new consumer unit installed and a number of circuits for wall sockets re-wired. Electric Works London have been extremely straight forward to deal with and it's been easy to get an engineer on site to quote for the job. the job itself was dealt with in a very professional manner and everything has been completed as pre-agreed to a very high standard. extremely happy with they whole experience.

Be very careful with this company. They will find a way to overcharge you. Overestimating how long it takes to do a job etc. I ended up paying more for the job price than if I had used their hourly rate. They also massively overcharge on materials. After the job they sent me notification of using debt collection agencies by email and text just ONE day after sending me the invoice. A very unpleasant experience all round. Finally you can see the reviews below are made up. As the exact same comment word for word has been made by 2 seperate people.

We had problems with lighting and wiring in our garden for two years after each rain.. Ali was very quick to diagnose the problem. The sockets and wires were old and not well isolated against damp and water. He changed all wires and cables within 3 days. He came back following week after heavy rain to check everything is ok. Since we have not had any problems. I highly recommend him.
