Mas did a great job today! We called Ecofix247 at 07:50am this morning because we had a leaky pipe at the back of the basin resulting in a flooded bathroom. Mas's communication from start to finish was first-class. He kept me well-informed of his arrival time, and clearly explained the process of what needed to be done, how long it would take, and how much it would cost. He diagnosed the issue promptly and was very thorough and conscientious with fixing the leaky pipe and replacing the old tap (which was the root cause of the problem). He also left the place clean and tidy. Thank you Mas!

Very helpful and professional service, our boiler died this winter as we moved into our new place, they were very considerate and made time for us a day earlier and got the job done super well! Very happy with the service and excellent communication. Will definitely use again! 👍
