Lied to me and installed a hot water system that is only suitable for hand sinks, and told me it was for a bath. I had told them several times I use a bath for my disability. After the work was signed off and complete, I was informed after I could not physically wash myself that the repair they provided actually removed the bath functionality, and them showing me how to use the hot taps for the bath was a lie. I'm now living without any way of washing myself unless I stand under a shower that goes scalding hot to freezing cold (when I have mobility issues) or wash in a cold puddle of water in my bath. Thanks guys.

Within 3 days of making the initial request Ahmed turned up and turned and diagnosed the problem without over selling or over exaggerating the job. Told me the problem in stages as a professional of elimination. His hand shake is a proof of his hardworking and firmness. Protected the floors and the stairs. The staff wore uniform and were polite and funny and made a stressful problem light hearted. ‘Abid and Akhtar I think their names were. Replaced heaters, cleaned the heaters, replaced the thermostat valves. Cut the floor boards to gain access to the pipes. Replaced the bathroom rails and fixed problems which were with the product I had personally bought online. Reasonably priced without making you feel robbed . Accurate description of the problem . Reliable and punctual. Advised me with my own personal work issues. Showed me how to use the thermostat valves. And the wireless thermostat valves description. Helped with electrical and other issues which were not part of the agreed work. I wish him the best of Dua and support for the Future. May Allah give him blessings in his business, and protect him from evil eye and enrich his life. I won’t hesitate to contact him again for any heating or boiler issues. Use with confidence and trust. The workmanship and professionalism were extremely poor. Just 30 minutes after the radiator thermostat was fixed, it fell off. I called him, and he said he would call me back—but never did. I also left a WhatsApp message and tried calling again, but received no response. Really disappointed, and I will never rely on Google ratings again.

Replaced the diverting valve for me. Totally solved the water dripping problem. Very good services. Punctual, speedy and polite. Carefully checked all well done before leaving. Highly recommend.
