Ibby has been fantastic to deal with from start to finish. His communication has been excellent. He carried out some really fantastic work for us today and was very creative in coming up with solutions for problems. He was also very friendly and a pleasure to have over. I had been communicating with Ibby during the last week getting help for installing a new bathroom fan. He was very helpful while we were deciding what would be best and then we booked a day for the installation of the new fan. Ibby attended at fairly short notice and was extremely helpful in explaining what he was doing and what my options were. I was charged the price he had quoted in our previous conversations, which I was happy with, and he spent further time here while I asked him to look at and advise me on some other electrical upgrades I am considering. I would absolutely recommend Ibby to my friends and neighbours as he was so helpful, friendly and transparent at all times. I will certainly be using his services again when I’m ready to proceed with the other upgrades.
