Xtreme Professional Cleaning

Worst cleaning service I have ever used. They arrived an hour late, and did call to tell me they would be late. Messed up my day, as they started late and finished late. To make things worse, I ended up cleaning up after them when I returned to the home. Simple tasks not completed properly. I asked the cleaners if they had cleaned the couch, and they said yes. I took the cushions off the couch, and there were still loads of crumbs and dirt inside the couch. How can you say you have cleaned a couch if you didn’t even remove the cushions to hoover inside it? Asked them if they had cleaned the fridge, knowing that you cannot remove the shelves from the fridge if you do not pull it out from corner of the kitchen. They said they cleaned the fridge. Another lie from them, as they didn’t move it to take out the shelves and drawers. How can you clean a fridge properly if you don’t take out the shelves and drawers, and scrub them in the sink? They just wiped them down. I will have to do this myself. Dust and dirt still under furniture. They didn’t even move furniture to clean underneath it. Just hoovered and mopped around them, until I moved furniture and brought it to their attention. Food stains still in microwave after they said they had cleaned it. I had to go around the house and clean up after them with bacterial wipes. Terrible service. Will never use again, and would not recommend.

Outstanding Services through all over the Kent Areas. This company has excellent services, and the best thing is the way Waleed Nizam guides. Whenever I contact him, he responds within minutes and provides immediate guidance. I am working with this company in Fremlin Walk. I mostly contact Waleed Nizam, and I believe no one else guides as well or supports as much as Waleed does.

Absolutely phenomenal service—arrived on time, were extremely thorough, and left my home sparkling. Highly recommended
