Absolutely outstanding service from start to finish. Abdul, the main cleaner, was professional, punctual, and incredibly thorough. His attention to detail is next level & every corner was spotless, and the place genuinely felt brand new afterwards. Abdul clearly takes real pride in his work, and it shows. He was polite, respectful, and went above and beyond without being asked. It’s rare to find someone so reliable and meticulous these days. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this cleaning company to anyone, and if you can request Abdul, do it & you’ll be in very good hands. I’ll definitely be using them again.

Super professional and quick service, and they truly go the extra mile to deliver the best results. Due to a miscommunication with my building reception, they had to wait around 20 minutes for me to let them in, and I was genuinely impressed by how understanding they were. Very polite, friendly, and excellent communication throughout. I would 100% recommend them. I also want to point out that the one negative review they received is completely unfair. It’s only logical that you should clear any obstacles to ensure they have easy access and can clean properly—they’re not there to move your things around. It’s a service they provide, but we should also do our part to help them achieve the best results. Nice enough individuals who came to do the cleaning. However, I can guarantee they were not professional cleaners. They were students trying to make a living. So I cannot blame them. Top Notch Cleaners (The company owner) needs to accept full responsibility here because I certainly wouldn’t recommend them, ever. The cleaners just left and we basically have had our house tipped upside down.

I booked in for a deep clean for a place we’re going to move into. As it was recently renovated, the place had builders dust all around and the floors dirty too. They managed to get the entire place spic and sparkling within 2ish hours. They even fit in doing some work in the shared kitchen under short notice. The guys were great & I’ll definitely be booking in for a maintenance clean every now and then.

Work Completed as Agreed: I completed a job for this company valued at £1,000. The work was carried out fully and according to what was agreed. There were no complaints about the quality or completion of the job at the time. 2. Non-Payment After Job Completion: Despite the work being completed, I was never paid. After finishing the job, I followed up multiple times regarding payment. 3. Repeated Attempts to Contact Them: I tried contacting the company through: Phone calls Text messages Follow-up messages All of these attempts were ignored. Once the work was done, communication completely stopped. 4. Lack of Professional Conduct: Failing to pay someone after they have completed work is not just disappointing — it is unprofessional and unethical. A legitimate business should never operate this way. 5. Impact on Trust and Reliability: This experience has completely destroyed my trust in this company. If they cannot be relied upon to pay for completed work, it raises serious concerns about how they operate overall. 6. Warning to Others: I strongly advise anyone considering working with this company — whether as a contractor, cleaner, or partner — to be extremely cautious. Make sure you protect yourself, get everything in writing, and do not rely on verbal promises. Conclusion My experience has been stressful, time-consuming, and unfair.
