The Steam Room

Best dry cleaner with amazing service. As well a helping me regularly with cleaning my clothes, they even lent me a tie someone had left behind when I needed one for a funeral. More businesses should have this impressive level of service

Despite living in Kent, I used their service as I had heard so many positive things from my friends and I had some really important items for my wedding weekend that needed cleaning. I took a bunch of items and they quickly cleaned all of them beautifully. They did make me aware that there were some stains on a matching outfit that were so tough (as I had left them so long) they hadn’t come out in the cleaning process. They very kindly told me they would try a stain remover in hopes of getting them removed. I came back in today to collect them and like magic they had removed all of the stains and didn’t even charge me extra for it. Literally cannot recomend them enough - will never go anywhere else!

Fantastic specialist dry cleaners that also supports creative talent. The owners Fran & Tony could not be more welcoming and they provide a genuine friendly service for the local area. They also collaborate with and give space to Asian artists and designers. Highly recommended

I got my massive feather down sofa innards cleaned. The “wet dog” smell has completely gone and the pillows are now super fluffy (see the difference of the middle two pillows that were cleaned in the picture). Will be going back for any dry cleaning as the service was super friendly, informative and professional. There’s also some really cool art in the front of the shop.

Love them!., Tony is someone who loves fabrics and will treat each garmet as a tressure. He is utterly honest, friendly and professional.
